Who I Work With

Is this approach right for you?

My coaching is designed primarily for adults experiencing persistent pain who have already undergone appropriate medical evaluation and want to explore additional factors that may be contributing to their symptoms.

This may include people living with:

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Persistent back or neck pain

  • Long-standing musculoskeletal pain

  • Pain that moves or fluctuates

  • Persistent pain following an injury

  • Symptoms that continue despite healing

  • Pain that seems disproportionate to structural findings

Not every persistent symptom is neuroplastic, and not every pain condition should be approached in the same way.

New, unexplained, progressive, or concerning symptoms should be appropriately medically evaluated.

What is Pain Reprocessing?
